What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit — name, phone number, company (optional), premises type, the systems you're interested in, and your message, when you use an enquiry form on this site.
- Campaign information — if you arrive from an advertisement or campaign link, standard campaign parameters (such as the traffic source) may be attached to your enquiry so we know how you found us.
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as IP address) when a form is submitted, for security and spam prevention.
What we use it for
- Responding to your enquiry and contacting you about your project.
- Preparing quotations and arranging site surveys.
- Understanding which of our services are in demand.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing mailing lists.
WhatsApp and phone
If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp or phone, that conversation happens on those services under their own terms and privacy policies. Our enquiry flow only opens WhatsApp with a message you have reviewed — nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) to measure how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and whether enquiries are made. Campaign parameters may be kept for the duration of your browsing session. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored securely with our website hosting provider (Netlify), whose infrastructure may process data outside Singapore, and are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows from it.
Your rights
